Ajax Mental Health Crisis Services: Community and Hospital Collaborative Model, Program Evaluation.
DMHS recently completed a comprehensive evaluation of its Ajax Crisis Services program. A foundation of this program’s success is the close and mutually beneficial collaboration between DMHS and Rouge Valley Health System. The evaluation report was forwarded to the Central East Local Health Integration Network.
